The system produces HYPO at 8000 ppm and depending on  the requirement, HYPO or hypochlorite (WHO approved Disinfectant for community sanitization) can be diluted by adding clean water and used.
Investigations have shown sodium hypochlorite to be an effective disinfectant having broad applications. Although a number of other disinfectants have been investigated, sodium hypochlorite appears to offer the best mix of low cost, ease of use, safety, and effectiveness in areas where there is enough water and water is not excessively turbid.
Generally, the effectiveness of the bleach powder decreases beyond 24 hours of manufacturing. In case of continuous requirements, transporting bleach from manufacturers will not be efficient and cost effective. And it's easy to produce on demand using our generators..
No, that’s the advantage of having this system as we can produce on demand, exactly the required concentration for  use, thus avoiding higher concentration. At concentration of within 200PPM it's not hazardous.
Depending on when you order it will take 1-3 weeks to supply for commercial purpose however we do have stock to meet the urgent requirements if the same is for public use purpose and not for commercial purpose.
The system comes with an O&M manual and it's easy to fix the system for anyone with basic English knowledge, we also will provide online support through WhatsApp.

The whole idea of having this system is to produce as and when required to avoid vagaries . However the sanitizer liquid produced will last for a week (if stored in dark place in air tight container) after which it may start depleting.
This produces Chlorine based sanitizer and the concentration of which if diluted and stored at max 200PPM will ensure below hazardous limit, the hypo produced is non-hazardous.  This is more ideal for sanitizing open areas, metal surfaces, floors etc. For human contact use it needs to be diluted multiple times meeting local health regulations and for hand wash 10ppm is good enough.
There are several advantages in using a hypochlorite generator. First, localized production of the sodium hypochlorite minimizes transportation costs. Second, in the 
event of continuous high-volume requirement, the hypochlorite generator can provide sanitization on demand. Third, ease of operation and maintenance of the machine to be taken into account when considering the various options.
